A WAGGA man has been ordered to stand trial on a charge of robbery in company.
Mason George Lee, 23, of San Isidore, faced a paper committal hearing in Wagga Local Court on Wednesday.
A summary of the allegation against Lee was handed up to magistrate Michael Antrum by Crown solicitor John Hall.
Lee chose not to call any witnesses or give any evidence at the hearing.
It is alleged that Lee, in the company of two other males, robbed two men of iPhones and $130 cash in Wagga on June 28.
After reading the summary, Mr Antrum committed Lee to stand trial in Wagga District Court on a date to be fixed.
