Emergency services were called to Old Narrandera Road about 10.15pm after being alerted by a nearby resident who heard the crash.
According to police, a 34-year-old man was driving his Toyota Hilux west when it failed to negotiate a bend and rolled several times about three kilometres east of Currawarna.
The driver suffered head and spinal injuries and, after being treated at the scene, underwent surgery at Wagga Base Hospital.
He was later airlifted to Canberra.
A 37-year-old male passenger in the vehicle suffered severe spinal fractures.
He was also transferred to Canberra in a critical but stable condition.
The two other passengers, both 34-year-old men, suffered a broken collarbone and whiplash.
They were hospitalised overnight.
Police were at the scene until about 2am and have appealed for anyone who witnessed the incident to come forward.
