A MAN accused of breaking into a Kooringal house, stealing an ATM card and then withdrawing money has denied the allegation.
Dylan Ingram, 22, of Glenfield Park, pleaded not guilty in Wagga Local Court this week to break, enter and steal, two counts of dishonestly obtaining a financial advantage and having goods in custody suspected of being stolen (the ATM card).
Police allege Ingram broke into a Kooringal Road house between 7.20am and 1.10pm on June 27 and then took the ATM card and the owner's personal identification number.
They say later in the day, Ingram used the card to make two cash withdrawals at an ATM at the South City shopping centre; firstly $100 then $350.
Ingram was arrested on July 16.
The matter will return to court on October 1 to set a hearing date.
