Detectives from NSW Police's Child Abuse Squad arrested a 52-year-old man at Holbrook police station on Tuesday morning, where he was charged with six counts each of indecent and common assault.
It is alleged the man indecently assaulted three female students - one aged 15, the others aged 16 at the time - on separate occasions during March and April this year.
Police will allege the offences occurred "on-campus at a tertiary education facility in Wagga".
The teacher was granted conditional bail to appear in Wagga Local Court on September 10.
