EAST Wagga-Kooringal coach Gavin McMahon is urging his players not to let Saturday's monster win over premiership favourite Temora go to their heads.
The Hawks are on a high following the 10-goal thumping of the two-time Farrer League champions at Nixon Park.
While McMahon was happy to let the club celebrate the victory on Saturday night, it has been back to business for his troops this week.
EWK is facing 2014 battler The Rock-Yerong Creek at Gumly Oval on Saturday and the home team would be odds-on favourite to chalk up another win.
But the coach is is warning his players not to rest on their laurels.
"It's absolutely critical that we try to bring that same form into The Rock this weekend," McMahon said.
"We've made a big point of preparing the same way every week, no matter who the opposition is.
"To take our foot off the gas this week just because we're playing The Rock would be very disappointing.
"If you're off the mark on game day any side can beat you, and from what I understand The Rock and East Wagga always have cracking games."

McMahon hopes to take an unchanged team into Saturday's round 14 clash.
The Hawks have been able to field a relatively consistent 21-man line-up in recent weeks and the coach wants to maintain the same group heading into finals.
With three rounds left in the home-and-away season EWK appears to be firing.
The form has been impressive but McMahon says he will continue to refine the game plan as finals loom.
"Nothing major, but we want to make sure our structures and our systems are absolutely spot-on for finals," he said.
"We are pretty confident that when we get it all right we can beat anyone on the day.
"Having said that, it's probably too close to finals to be changing anything that could flirt with our form."
TRYC, meantime, should get Dennis Pedemont back from a two-week suspension to play.
