DEFIANT Marrar coach Clint Taylor is refusing to hit the panic button as the Bombers pick up the pieces from a third straight loss.
The club has dropped from first to fourth spot on the Farrer League ladder in the space of a month.
Consecutive defeats at the hands of East Wagga-Kooringal, North Wagga and most recently Temora have sent the Bombers tumbling down the competition table.
They had previously lost just one game in the opening nine rounds.
But rumours of the wheels falling off the Marrar train are unjustified according to Taylor.
He says the leadership group is working tirelessly to pinpoint the exact areas in need of improvement.
"Me, Turns (Brad Turner) and Shane (Macintosh) have tried to figure out what it is and it's a bit unknown to be honest," Taylor said.
"We don't think the last three weeks have been played to our potential and it's very disappointing.
"Whether the boys have lost a bit of confidence I'm not sure.
"We don't seem to have the confidence in ourselves or in each other that was there at the start of the year.
"We're not at panic stations yet but we definitely need to address some things and try to turn it around before finals."

Coincidentally, Taylor has missed the bulk of the past three games with a torn hamstring.
He sustained the injury just 10 minutes in to the round 10 loss to EWK and hasn't pulled on the boots since.
Taylor, however, was quick to quell any suggestion his absence is behind the three Marrar losses.
"A lot of the boys have stepped up their leadership in the past couple of weeks so I don't think that has much to do with it," he said.
Marrar has been gifted a favourable run into finals.
Apart from a round 15 trip to Coleambally, the Bombers will play the three bottom teams in the four remaining home-and-away games.
Taylor says the club will use the coming month to work on specific areas of its game before launching its finals campaign.
"Whether we try a few positional changes, at least we have a chance to work on those type of things," he said.
"We need to get back to playing with a bit of confidence like we were earlier in the year."
Taylor is back on the training paddock but plans to give himself an extra week on the sideline to make sure his hamstring is 100 per cent.
Small defender Andrew White is at least a week away from returning from his own hamstring injury.
