The Mark Purdon-trained four-year-mare has set two national mares record in her last two starts including in the group one Easter Cup at Addington on Saturday where she defeated three-time NZ Cup winner Terror To Love.
Harpley said he was hesitant to race against Adore Me before her last two starts, but her current form sealed the decision.
"She won't be going, it's too big a risk and (Adore Me) is a superstar and you have to go and take her on on her home turf," Harpley said.
"The fairytale has now settled and reality has come back after the way Adore Me has gone in the two last weeks - it was just freakish stuff - so realistically we would be going over there to run at best second so it's not worth all the effort.
"It only puts the plan here in jeopardy and we will just concentrate on her main targets in Australia."
Frith will now be set for the group one NSW Breeders Challenge in June and the Breeders Crown in August.
After winning her last start at Bathurst a month ago Frith will start in a M0 at Menangle on Sunday and has drawn barrier three.
"The M0 was always the plan, she could have gone to Victoria for a race worth $5,000 more but it was going to be a lot harder than this race and it will be hard enough as there are no easy ones," Harpley said.
"She's fit and well and I'm looking forward to getting her back to the races and I'm keen to get her back over a mile as I think she'll run a very quick mile."
Frith hasn't run over the mile since her two-year-old season and has a best time of 1:56.1 for the distance.
Harpley also has Sokys Bigbullet engaged in a $25,000 Country Series Final at Menangle and has drawn barrier one.
In a busy week he also had three runners compete at Bathurst last night and will have Madis Mate engaged at Leeton on Saturday.

THE monte has come to the Riverina with harness racing's unique event to be a feature of Coolamon's all trotters meeting tomorrow.
The monte will kick start the program at 1.02pm with six horses set to compete in the race where horses are ridden rather than driven.
Monte racing is continuing to garner interest in the industry and the country's leading monte trainer Chris Lang Jnr will have two entrants at Coolamon including monte specialist Andys Favourite who he will ride.
The feature race will be run at 3.50pm with last year's winner Jingling Silver back to defend her title while Victoria's leading metropolitan trainer David Aiken will have two runners in the feature including the highly fancied Spidergirl.
Formerly based in Sydney, Aiken has family living in the Riverina and is expecting a big cheer squad tomorrow.
Country music star Adam Brand will perform at Coolamon's meeting.
Since its inception the annual all trotters meeting has been raced on Anzac Day with the Coolamon Harness Racing Club to hold a flag raising ceremony for the opening event as part of their Anzac Day ceremony.
Brand will also perform at West Wyalong's Carnival Of Cups meeting on Sunday.

AFTER enjoying success at last year's all trotters meeting Victorian trainer Brent Lilley will again head north to Coolamon searching for more winners.
Lilley won two races at Coolamon last year and will have a strong team of seven at tomorrow's meeting led by Pretty Sunday in the $25,000 mares feature - the group three La Coocaracha.
The five-year-old daughter of Earl has only just been transferred to Lilley's Bolinda stable after being imported from New Zealand where she won eight of her 37 starts and has been placed on another eight occasions.
"Pretty Sunday will be first up over here in Australia and she's got good form around good horses in New Zealand so I'm sure she will be more than competitive," Lilley said.
"She has settled in really well, she's drawn really well and gets off the mobile quick and should give a good sight."
Lilley rated Glintintheeye his best chance of the program with two-year-old unbeaten in his two career starts.
"What he's done so far he has done really easy so I'm looking forward to taking him up there," Lilley said.
"He's a get and and go type so he will be out in front and running them along so catch me if you can tactics will probably be the go with him."
Lilley will also have first starter Baking Hot in the two-year-old race, Sonofanearl in the monte and Like It Chilled in the Bruce Wilks Memorial, who has won his last two starts.

DAVID Kennedy's NSW Oaks winner Shes A Runa will return to the track in a heat of the Victoria Oaks at Melton tomorrow night.
Shes A Runa hasn't raced since winning the Bathurst Gold Bracelet on March 29 and will be up against a field which includes only one horse that raced in the NSW Oaks at Menangle - Nike Franco.
Nike Franco triumphed over the Euroley-trained filly in the heat of the NSW Oaks and in the Raith Memorial in February - Shes A Runa's only two losses this season.
In a quality field which features six last start winners, Nike Franco has drawn barrier six while Shes A Runa will start from inside of the second row in barrier eight.
