Hospital management proposed last month to get rid of the pool, citing spiralling costs and low patronage, triggering significant public backlash from around the region.
In addition to the public submissions, an online petition at change.org lobbying the hospital not to close the pool has so far gathered more than 100 signatures.
In a statement, Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) director of operations Jill Ludford said the comments would now be reviewed with all matters raised to be carefully considered.
"We appreciate the feedback received and will continue to liaise with users and interested people as we work through the information provided," she said.
Submissions were initially scheduled to close on April 4, but the deadline was extended to last Friday following public outcry over the proposal.
MLHD will also liaise with Wagga City Council in regard to issues raised relating to the Oasis Aquatic Centre's hydrotherapy facilities.
A timeframe has yet to be set by MLHD on when the next steps will be taken in regards to its plans for the hydrotherapy pool.
