CANNABIS plants - some more than one-metre high - have been seized from a property in Murrumburrah following a tip-off from the public.

Police from the Cootamundra local area command visited the Swift Street address at about 1.10pm on Friday, acting on information that the prohibited drug was being grown at the location.
A female resident gave permission to search the property and officers discovered seven plants, between 80cm and 140cm in height, behind a large backyard shed.
Police say the building, which was about 30 metres away from the house, had a entrance which led into a fenced off area where the plants were found.
Another room attached to the shed was also discovered by officers.
A search revealed four small cannabis plants, each about 30cm in height, being grown under lights.
All the plants were seized, along with the hydroponic set up taken to Cootamundra police station.
Investigations are continuing into the cultivation of the drugs.
MORE than 20 cannabis plants have been seized from a property in Harden.
Police from Harden and Cootamundra executed a search warrant at a Derby St address at about 4.15pm on Thursday and spoke with a 64-year-old man.
It came as a result of information received about cannabis plants allegedly being grown at the location.
The man took officers to a garden shed in the rear yard of the property where 23 large cannabis plants were located.
Police say the plants ranged from one to two metres in height and have a street value of about $46,000.
In another nearby shed, officers also located three hydroponic set-ups.
According to police, no cannabis was being grown under lights at the time but dried cannabis leaf and resin were located.
The plants, cannabis leaf and hydroponic system were seized and taken to Cootamundra Police station where the items were booked in as exhibits.
The man is expected to be charged with possessing a prohibited drug and cultivating a prohibited drug in coming days.
He is expected to appear before Cootamundra Local Court at a later date.
AMPHETAMINE and cannabis have been removed from a home in Young.
Detectives visited the Landsdowne Street address at about 2pm on Friday and executed a search warrant.
As a result police spoke with a 28-year-old man who walked officers through the premises.
Police say about 25 grams of amphetamine and more than 250 grams of cannabis leaf was located in various areas throughout the house
All were seized and taken to Young police station and charges against the man are yet to be finalised.
