State result figures showed that girls out scored their male counterparts in courses with two-thirds of those to top the course results being girls.
Girls at the college have consistently performed well over the years, but this year a number of male students found themselves with strong results.
"I am delighted this year that while our female students continue to thrive, our male students have beaten the Australian trend and been our highest achievers," principal Hugh MacCallum said.
"It's an indication that our educational strategies are working."
School dux Brayden Morris was a stand-out performer receiving three band six subjects and three band fives.
Fellow students Ashley Carey, Zac Ellis, Matthew Bell and Zac Tasker between them received nine band six subjects and seven band fives.
Students studying software, design and development did the school particularly proud with 33 per cent of the class achieving a band-six result compared to the state average of 7 per cent.
The course was completed through distance education with a Sydney North Shore school.
Mathematics also returned good results with 50 per cent of students achieving a band-six result, with solid results also seen in business studies and economics.
The school couldn't be prouder, Mr MacCallum said.
"The marks earned are an indication of solid efforts and fine character," he said.
"I am very confident of the life and university readiness of our students."
