She went missing without a trace from the Kingsvale area in 2002, aged only 19.
Cootamundra police are using Missing Persons Week to appeal for information about what happened to her.
Someone in the tight-knit community of Kingsvale should know something, Detective Sergeant Matt Packham said.
“The smallest piece of information may allow police to close this case,” he said.
“There are still many unanswered questions in the Amber Haigh case and it is only with help from the public that police can expect a breakthrough.
“A $100,000 reward is on offer to solve the mysterious disappearance and suspected death of Amber.
“It is hoped the reward will prompt someone to come forward with new information.”
In 2011, an inquest into Ms Haigh’s disappearance found the teenage mother was most likely murdered.
Born with a mild intellectual disability and epilepsy, she became a ward of the state at 12 when her mother abandoned her.
She was living with married couple Robert and Anne Geeves before she died.
Ms Haigh became the mother of one of Mr Geeves’ children during this period.
Almost a decade before her disappearance, a woman was found shot in the head and naked in a wheelbarrow on Mr Geeves’ property.
He was also at one point accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a young school girl.
The Daily Advertiser does not suggest he was responsible for the death of Ms Haigh.
