The development is a massive 200,000 square-metre warehouse and showroom which will display goods from across the globe.
It is effectively a permanent trade expo where businesses from Australia and abroad can come and view items and place large-scale orders.
Everything from homewares, furniture, clothing, wine and electrical goods are included.
The multi-storey complex is planned to have 3750 stalls available to domestic and international companies to display their goods.

"It's important because Wagga Wagga has been looking for the big thing and I think the big thing has always been our location," said member for Wagga Daryl Maguire, who has been seeking to secure this project for a decade.
"The knock-on effect ... airlines, other accommodation, the numbers are phenomenal."
The Chinese state-owned company Wuai Group is leading the development and will partner with Sydney-based company, ACA Capital Investment.
The developers this morning signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Wagga City Council and agreed to general terms on the project and how the build would progress.
It will be the biggest private development in Wagga's history - matched in price only by the redevelopment of the Base Hospital - and is expected to be built on the corner of Kooringal Road and Copland Street.
The development will also include 250 five-star hotel rooms, a conference centre and supporting restaurants and entertainment facilities.
It is being tipped as a major economic driver for the region as well as a boon for local businesses which will benefit from the thousands of business travellers who will visit the centre.
Wagga edged out Newcastle and Goulburn to secure the development and it will the only one of its kind in Australia.
An extensive development application will still have to receive approval from the state government and the MOU signed today forms the basis for how the program will move forward.
