EMERGENCY service crews are mopping up after a fire tore through the St Vincent de Paul charity store in Peter Street this morning, destroying the premises.

Fire fighters arrived on site about 5am but could not contain the blaze.
It has been reported that the store was targeted by thieves in the early hours of the morning before the fire broke out.
This is the second fire the store has faced in a number of years.
Investigations in to the cause of the blaze are continuing.
