A 31-year-old woman has been transported to Canberra Hospital in a serious but stable condition following a two-vehicle crash on the Hume Highway.
The woman was a passenger in a grey Hyundai Accent involved in a collision with a black BMW X3 about 9:45am on Saturday.
The driver of the Hyundai has suffered minor injuries and has been taken to Wagga Wagga Base Hospital, while the driver of the BMW, a 45-year-old man, was uninjured.
The Crash Investigation Unit will be attending the scene to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.
One of the southbound lanes on Hume Highway remains closed.

Paramedics are treating a woman in a serious condition following a two-vehicle crash on the Hume Highway.
Emergency services were called to the scene of the crash, about four kilometres east of Jugiong, just after 9:45am on Saturday.
Paramedics and a rescue helicopter are on the scene treating a woman who has suffered serious leg and head injuries from the crash.
Two other people involved in the crash have minor injuries.
One of the two southbound lanes on the highway has been closed due to the crash and there is no indication of when it will be re-opened.
