Six fillies had completed the group one double at two and three but none had been able to finish off the set at four until Maajida's triumph at Melton on Friday night.
Ian Johnson, who bred and owns the mare with his late father Les and brothers Steve and Gary at The Rock, was thrilled with the victory.
"It was a fantastic night," Johnson said.
"She is the first mare to get that so it is something special to have.
"She will always be the first.
"I was also really pleased for her as it's been a tough season with draws but she really finished off the year really well."
On paper it looked a tricky inside of the second row draw for Maajida ($2.15 fav), however some brilliance from reinsman Greg Sugars soon had her in front.
Johnson thought it went a big way towards the victory.
Especially as she held Spellbound ($2.40) to win by 6.5 metres in a slick mile rate of 1:53.5.
"It was a remarkable drive," Johnson said.
"To get from where he was to be in front after 400 metres was masterful.
"It made a big difference getting to the front with our main danger behind us."

Maajida has now won 22 of her 37 starts and over $600,000 in prizemoney.
Four have been at group one level after also taking out the Breeders Crown in her two-year-old season.
The Johnsons are hoping Maajida will be able to undergo an embryo transfer to Bettors Delight before she sets her sights on more group one glory.
"It's such a busy time of the year but we will sit back and have a look at possibly heading to Sydney for the Ladyship Mile," Johnson said.
"We're also trying to see if we can get her in foal with an embryo in a recipient mare in the next week before probably pressing on to a Sydney campaign."
The family also finished third in the two-year-old colts and geldings final with Captain Rival while Fiamma, who had won both her two-year-old fillies heat and semi-final, finished last after suffering interference.
