A cyclist left in a critical condition after a crash between his bike and a Volvo truck near the NSW and Victoria border earlier this month has died.

This incident occurred on December 8, near the corner of Ham Road, Moama, and the 79-year-old male cyclist was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics before being airlifted to The Alfred Hospital.
IN OTHER NEWS:
Officers attached to the Traffic and Highway Patrol Command and the Metropolitan Crash Investigation Unit attended and established a crime scene.
Police confirmed on Thursday that the cyclist had died in hospital on Wednesday night.
The 53-year-old Melbourne truck driver has been charged with dangerous driving occasion grievous bodily harm and negligent driving.
His driver's licence was suspended.
He was granted conditional bail and is due to appear at Deniliquin Local Court on Tuesday, February 8.
