The club will hold an 11-race card on Friday with a Hawaiian theme to celebrate New Year's Eve.
Following the club's COVID safety plan, Wagga racing manager John Patton is hoping to see a strong crowd dressed up to ring in the new year.
"We had a pretty big night last year and hopefully this one will be just as successful," Patton said. "Greyhound Racing NSW have agreed the trainers and handlers can wear Hawaiian shirts so we can make a light night of it and try to involve everyone."
Patton is also thrilled with the quality of the card assembled.
Especially in the Leo Hartley Memorial Final (525m), the New Year Cup Final (400m) and the Christmas Gift Maiden Final (320m).
"With the three finals it should be a good night with something for everyone," Patton said.
