Colts were selected as one of clubs to feature in the the Toyota 'Bash For Cash' and every six hit in the game at the Sydney Showground will add to their winnings.
Colts president Jeremy Bunn believes it is a great opportunity for the club to not only receive a financial windfall but to also gain some national recognition from Channel 7 pre-game.
"It's a pretty big opportunity for us to highlight the club on television," Bunn said.
"We're very fortunate that's for sure.
"For a little Wagga club just to be selected is pretty exciting."
Sydney Thunder hit six sixes in their win over Perth Scorchers on Tuesday.

Colts are guaranteed to take home a minimum of $2500 but Bunn is hoping to cash in like Border club Kiewa did earlier this week.
They picked they maximum $10,000 after 23 sixes were struck as Melbourne Stars and Brisbane Heat.
Bunn hasn't set his sights that high, but he definitely wouldn't knock it back.
"Hopefully we can get quite a few as there's been a fair few hit in recent games," he said.
"It's been amazing so with a bit of luck hopefully we can get a few."
The smaller Sydney Showground could be conducive to some big hitting as well.
Colts have recently upgraded the nets at Harris Park and without knowing how much is coming their way Bunn is unsure what to put the money towards.
However he knows it will be a great boost for the club who are struggling on the field this season.
"We haven't got anything at the moment but the main thing is it takes the pressure off the committee for a season or so," Bunn said.
"The committee works pretty hard coming up with fundraisers and we know we'll get $2500 regardless no matter what happens, even it it is a washout, but anything after five sixes and then we can really start to cash in."
