The 15-year-old point guard was among 20 players selected in the under-17 country girls squad for the three day carnival at Penrith from January 22-24.
The players are divided up into teams alongside metro talent, giving players a chance to develop against tougher opposition.
It's the first time Quintal has been chosen for the under-17 squad after spending the past few years in under-15s.
"I've made D-League for the last three years, which is pretty good," she said.
"It's a development league where you go away for a weekend and play against a higher standard of competition than just Wagga, it helps expand your skill level.
