Emergency services were called to Canola Way about 10:45pm after a passing motorist found the vehicle.
Officers attached to Riverina Police District attended the scene and commenced an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
The fatality has pushed the number of deaths on roads in the Riverina Police District in 2021 to 19, which is more than triple that of surrounding police districts.

Five people have died on roads across the Riverina geographical region since Sunday, with other fatal crashes occuring near Hillston, Khancoban, Savernake and Temora.
As inquiries into the Coolamon crash continue, police are appealing for anyone with information - or dashcam vision - to come forward and contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
