
Police are continuing their investigations into the assault of an 11-year-old girl at a Wagga park.
Last week a group of youths gathered in a park at Ashmont before members of the group allegedly assaulted an 11-year-old girl.

A video of the incident, seen by The Daily Advertiser, has been circulating on social media. Officers attached to Riverina Police District were notified and commenced an investigation.
Since then, police have confirmed a 14-year-old girl will be dealt under the Young Offenders Act as inquiries into others involved are ongoing.
IN OTHER NEWS:
Earlier in the week, police charged a 10-year-old boy with common assault. He is due to appear at court next year.
The four-minute footage shows a young girl being tackled, kicked and kneed in the face by at least two people.
