The Coolamon-based woman held one of two division one winning entries in Saturday's draw, scoring a total of $2,942,875.50.
Her win was confirmed by The Lott on Monday morning, and she is still coming to terms with the life-changing win.
"I've been shaking quite a lot," the winner told an official from The Lott.
"It doesn't feel real."
The woman purchased her QuickPick entry online at thelott.com, and said she has been playing Lotto for a long time.
She checked her ticket around 11pm on Saturday night, waking her husband immediately, the pair both in disbelief.
"I've been playing for a long time, and I always knew I was going to win one day, and now that day has arrived," she said.
