Despite uncertainty over the level of Leeton's involvement in the 2022 season, the structure of the season was ratified at the annual general meeting over the weekend.
The first round will be played on April 2 and Southern Inland will retain a four-team, three-week finals series.
It will see the season conclude with the grand final on September 3.
Southern Inland rugby manager Jack Heffernan admitted draws won't be determined until a better idea of teams.
"Leeton is a bit of an unknown at the moment," Heffernan said.
"They are hopeful of creeping back up to the top grades in the men's but it just depends on how things pan out in the next couple of months.
"We're starting to plan draws around a couple of different scenarios."

Hay are not expected to be involved in the women's competition next year after the Cutlets were winless in their debut season.
Clubs are looking to avoid having grades play at varying venues this season.
There will be two general byes this season, coinciding with Easter and the June long weekend.
The June long weekend will again be a representative showcase.
Not only will Southern Inland be looking to extend their impressive record in the Brumbies Provincial Tournament but there will be an expanded place for the women's representative format.
Heffernan believes it is another important step for the sport.
"Back in 2019 we had a women's team go to Newcastle but to have a set SIRU team against a combined South Coast/Monaro team will be exciting," he said.
"It will lead into a Brumbies Country team."
Southern Inland have also locked in dates for two sevens events after the season.
COVID ended any plans of a second event this year but September 24 and October 8, either side of the October long weekend, have been decided on with venues yet to be determined.
It is hoped it will lead into more opportunities for representative sevens.
