The Blues will be without Canberra based Ron Leapai and Tolo Aroha-Tuinauvai in 2022 while Matt Byatt has linked with older brothers Robbie at Albury.
With doubts over Jed Pearce as well, co-coach Zac Masters admitted the side is on the lookout for forwards.
"A little more experience would be handy in the side," Masters said.
Aroha-Tuinauvai was an expected departure after linking with the Blues during the COVID shortened 2020 season while Leapai made a big impact in his lone year with the club.
He led the Weissel Medal count for long periods of the season but with the back end of his season interrupted by the arrival of his baby boy.
Family commitments are the main reason behind the Country representative not committing to another season with Tumut.
"Ronny is going to be a massive loss for us as he was one of the best, if not the best, player in the comp this year," Masters said.
"It leaves a bit of a hole for us but I'm confident we have a lot of young fellas coming through to fill the void collectively and hopefully we can get a couple of big signings before the season kicks off."

Forward depth has been the catalyst for the Blues turnaround in the past five seasons with a premiership, a grand final appearance and a minor premiership to their credit in the last three years.
With plenty of points to work with under the new system, Masters is hoping they can boost their stocks.
However he's also got plenty of faith in the club's younger talent.
"We've got Jack Hillier, Ethan Gilchrist and Malik Aitken who all got a touch of first grade last year while Brodie Mirtschin, who travelled over from Griffith, will be back again," Masters said.
"He really impressed in his debut against Albury so we've got a bright future there with those young boys coming out of under 18s."
Tumut will tackle Albury at Greenfield in the first round of the season.
In other round one games, Kangaroos host Young, Brothers tackle Gundagai while Junee face Southcity.
