On Sunday officers attached to the Riverina Highway Patrol's Puma South West Regional were notified of images and footage uploaded to social media of people allegedly speeding and conducting burnouts in Wagga.
The videos depicted the two men, aged 18 and 20, allegedly travelling in separate vehicles at speeds of up to 170km/h in a 100km/h signposted area.
It will be alleged the men were filming as they overtook each other travelling at high speeds, with the younger man allegedly conducting burnouts along Butterbush Road in Gregadoo on Thursday.
Following inquiries police attended a home on Osbourne Avenue in Kooringal that afternoon and spoke with the 18-year-old man.
Police then attended a home on Edward Street in Wagga soon after and spoke with the 20-year-old man.
