The fundraiser aims to raise enough money to secure a community Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Chamber - a treatment Mr Fewson needs after sustaining a brain injury, and currently has to travel in order to access.
Fellow veteran, friend and Riverina Classic And Muscle Car Muster host Damo Nye said it was "no ordinary fundraiser".
"Without these funds, Brad's going to pass away," he said.
"Without the chamber, he has no chance."
Mr Nye said the fundraiser was not just about supporting a friend and loved one.
"I'm a veteran myself, so I know what he's going through and this is our way of bringing everyone together," he said.
"It will not only help Brad, but it will also help veterans right across the region."
Mr Nye said the support Mr Fewson and his family have been receiving has been "astonishing".
"We've had a massive turnout," he said.

"We had 80 to 100 cars and considering we've had a week lead up time, and for a car event that's not too long, the turnout and response from the public have been absolutely astonishing."
Mr Nye said, on behalf of the Fewson Family, he would like to thank every individual and business who donated.
"On behalf of them and the public in general, the businesses that have supported us and the people, it's reached all the way up to Tamworth, Sydney, Yass, Canberra, thank you so much," he said.
"There have been some massive donations and we appreciate every single one of them."
Mr Nye is encouraging continued support through a GoFundMe page.
"We need the funds, so if anyone can afford to throw a few dollars in, it's going to a worthy cause," he said.
"Every week, every day, anything you can afford to donate, please donate."
