Visit Wagga Wagga will host several businesses over the next three weeks, where locals are encouraged to see, drink and taste some of the best products the region has to offer.
Friday's offering included the refreshing spirits of Ladbroken Distilling Co, sharing a sip of their delicious gin range, handcrafted in Tumbarumba.
Owner Robbie Ladbrook's range Eliksir is created using produce grown within the region, including fresh berries, picked just down the road from her.
"We're working with different local farmers to showcase their produce," she said.
Launching in June this year due to a love for gin and passion for growing ingredients, Mrs Ladbrook is excited to introduce Wagga to her products.
"We haven't introduced ourselves to Wagga before, this is a first for us to be able to meet people from the region," she said.
Visitor economy development officer of Wagga city council Kim Parker said that this year's pop up-event at the visitor information centre hopes to give small businesses a platform following a challenging 18 months.
"We are full advocates for all of our businesses here in Wagga, especially our small businesses," Ms Parker said.
"Coming into Christmas, we think it's a really great initiative to help provide a platform for these businesses to 'pop-up' and offer this type of experience," Ms Parker said.
