Avid stamp collector and fair coordinator Peter Simpfendorfer said the fair will be an opportunity for collectors to get their hands on 'plenty of new issues' of both.
"We have several out-of-town traders," he said.
Mr Simpfendorfer said the fair has been running since 1984 and has always kept a keen interest among community members, so he is anticipating a good turnout.
IN OTHER NEWS:
The fair is traditionally held on the third weekend of May, and the fourth weekend of November each year, religiously, and had been running twice annually for more than 30 consecutive years.
Due to COVID-19, this year as well as last year, the May fair was cancelled.
"Everyone who comes will need to be double vaccinated," Mr Simpfendorfer said.
"This is something we have no choice over. We are also charging adults, 16-years and over, a $2 entry fee, as, given all of the COVID-19 measures, we don't have the manpower to continue selling our raffles."
As per usual, the Coin and Stamp Fair will be held in the hall at Sturt Public School across both days of the weekend.
