The $5,000 cheque was received by Pillars of Strength, an organisation established in 2008 due to a lack of support services on offer to bereaved dads at the time.
This is the second time the social club of William Farrer Hotel have supported the charity which strives to help 3,000 men each year through stillbirth, neonatal or infant loss.
Secretary of the social club, David Oehm, said the group had never previously been in a position to donate money to charity, but having the opportunity to help Pillars of Strength now is something they appreciate.
"We want to make people out there know that there is a stigma that men don't show much emotion when something like that happens to them," he said.
"Man are more 'she'll be right' so to speak. There more reserved and don't show as much emotion as women.
"It's very worthwhile cause ... The boys are very appreciative."
Pillars of Strength hold 160 events across the country to raise funds, including the George Maher & Hamish Howard Remembrance Golf Day which the social club has regularly attended.
However, due to COVID restrictions, the golf event was unable to go ahead over the past two years, meaning Wagga's branch lost out on it's biggest source of funding.
Oehm and the group thought it to be more important then ever to support the organisation, pulling together some money in hopes Pillars of Strength could continue their work throughout the local community.
"We just thought it was a fitting gesture for the William fair Hotel social club to donate the $5,000 towards the charity because both their golf days were canned," he said.
"We'd been lucky enough to earn a bit of cash of the last two year period so we just thought we'd donate it to Pillar's of Strength and we'll keep donation to them."
