The MLHD's announcement is one of the lowest recorded in the last two weeks, which has seen a high of 52 and a low of 10 cases per day.
Thirteen of the cases revealed on Wednesday morning are residents of the Albury local government area, and the remaining two are in the Greater Hume region.
It is just the third day Wagga hasn't recorded a positive case since the latest wave of the outbreak reached the LGA on October 24.
Wagga's Equex drive-through testing clinic will have its last day of operation on Friday, the MLHD advised.

The drive-through testing site at the Riverina Playhouse car park in Tarcutta Street, which is run by Laverty Pathology, will continue to offer tests daily from 8am.
There are no changes to the MLHD's Murray Street clinic, which is open from 9am to 4pm daily, or the GP-led respiratory clinic in Glenfield Park.
Positive results showing fragments of the virus that causes COVID-19 in recent samples taken from the Kooringal and Albury treatment plants are likely due to known cases.
"MLHD is aware of a number of cases in these areas which are the likely contributors to the positive results," the health authority said.
Meanwhile, Wagga businesses have welcomed the restoration of freedoms sooner under a revamped NSW COVID-19 reopening roadmap, but thousands of not fully vaccinated residents will face a longer restriction period.
As of Sunday, 87.8 per cent of eligible residents within Wagga's local government area had received two vaccine shots, leaving more than 6300 eligible residents who are not partially or fully vaccinated.
