In May 2018 then-Wagga MP Maguire phoned Ms Berejiklian to insist the Tumut hospital receive $500,000 to keep its project on track.
"I have got you $170 million in a few minutes; you can get a few hundred thousand from Brad [Hazzard, Health Minister]. I can't fix everything for you," Ms Berejiklian replied.
Ms Berejiklian told ICAC it would have been "impossible" for her to change the draft budget and the projects she spoke of would have needed the appropriate paperwork.
ICAC also asked Ms Berejiklian whether she agreed with Mr Maguire's testimony on Thursday that they were in "love" and talked about marriage and having a child.
Ms Berejiklian said she agreed but did not consider the relationship to be "significant" enough to declare as a potential conflict of interest.
She also told ICAC that she did not suspect Mr Maguire of corrupt conduct when he mentioned a plan to use a land sale commission to pay of his $1.5 million in debt.
It's day 10 of the anti-corruption hearings into allegations against Ms Berejiklian involving millions of dollars in grants to Wagga institutions.
Ms Berejiklian was sworn in before the Independent Commission Against Corruption [ICAC] on Friday morning, and has maintained that the didn't believe her relationship with disgraced Wagga MP Daryl Maguire was of "significant enough status to disclose".
Thursday's ICAC hearings saw Mr Maguire testify that he "loved" Ms Berejiklian and they had talked about getting married and having a child.
Under questioning by counsel assisting ICAC Scott Robertson on Friday morning, Ms Berejiklian denied Mr Maguire had more access to her than other MPs.
The ICAC has also heard that subsequent to Mr Maguire complaining to Ms Berejiklian, $170 million was granted to the electorate for the Wagga Base Hospital.
ICAC also played intercepted phone calls in which Ms Berejiklian told Mr Maguire she would "throw money at Wagga" during the 2018 byelection.
Ms Berejiklian has denied any wrongdoing, saying that she acted with integrity at all times.
