Wagga and Coolamon residents are among the Murrumbidgee Local Health District's latest COVID-19 numbers, marking the region's second worst day of the pandemic.

In the 24 hours to 8pm Saturday, the MLHD recorded 47 cases with one a resident of Wagga, one of Coolamon, 38 of Albury and the remainder from Berrigan, the Greater Hume Shire and the Murray River.
No new exposure sites have been released by the MLHD.
There has been a total of 302 cases and two deaths recorded in the MLHD since the start of the current outbreak.

Wednesday was the region's worst tally of the pandemic, when 51 were found across the MLHD.
Fragments of the virus that causes COVID-19 have recently and repeatedly been detected in sewage in Wagga's Kooringal treatment plant and at Jerilderie.
People in these areas are advised to monitor for any symptoms and get tested if they have even the mildest of symptoms.
As of the 24-hour reporting period to 8pm on Saturday night, 84.4 per cent of NSW residents aged 16 and over have had two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine
While 93 percent have had their first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.
On Sunday morning, NSW Health's Dr Jeremy McAnulty said that four men - two in their 60s, one in their 70s and one in their 80s - have died with COVID-19 across NSW as the state's number of fresh cases improved slightly.
"There are currently 480 people with COVID-19 in hospital with 119 in intensive care, 67 of whom require ventilation," he said.
"Three [of the men that died] were not vaccinated, one had received two doses COVID vaccination.
"We would like to extend our sincere condolences to the loved ones and friends of the people who died."
Cases fell below the 300 mark again on Sunday, with 296 infections detected in 24 hours on the back of more than 66,000 tests.
Dr McAnulty urged anyone, even those who are vaccinated, to still come forward for testing if they have any symptoms.
Symptoms of COVID-19 include fever, sore throat, cough, headache, runny nose, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle aches or pains, and a change in taste or smell.

On Saturday, the MLHD announced that an aged care resident had passed away after testing positive for COVID-19 in the Riverina.
The man, who was aged in his 60s, acquired his infection at the Mercy Place aged care home in Albury. NSW Health said the man had received two doses of the COVID vaccine.
