The Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) released its draft witness list on Thursday morning for the second week of hearings into allegations against Ms Berejiklian.
Ms Berejiklian will appear on October 28 and 29 while Mr Maguire will appear on October 27.
Former deputy premier John Barilaro is also due to appear on Monday next week.
Counsel assisting ICAC Scott Robertson said on Thursday that the hearings might stretch into a third week, as he wanted to give Ms Berejiklian and Mr Maguire adequate time to respond to the inquiry.

Mr Roberson said he would try to avoid having the hearings go beyond the originally scheduled two weeks.
ICAC is investigating allegations that Ms Berejiklian had a conflict of interest involving millions of dollars in grants to Wagga institutions while she was in a secret relationship with Mr Maguire.
Ms Berejiklian has denied the allegations, saying that she acted with integrity at all times.
