Department of Regional NSW deputy secretary Chris Hanger due to appear as a witness at the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC).
On Wednesday, former NSW premier Mike Baird told ICAC that Ms Berejiklian should have disclosed her relationship with then Wagga MP Daryl Maguire while she was serving as treasurer.
Mr Baird's former adviser also explained his "satirical" email that slammed the Wagga clay target function centre proposal.
Ms Berejiklian has denied the allegations, saying that she acted with integrity at all times.
