The former Young coach joined the board this season after coming into one of the vacant positions after the annual general meeting.
However he confirmed he will seek re-election despite committing to a coaching role outside of the competition.
"I'm still going to be involved with in juniors and seniors with the Cherrypickers so at this stage I will be," Hall said.
"I'm not taking a lead role, and I have a job to do at Harden so I will be prioritising that if there is an overlap but I still think I can have a role, will do my due diligence and think I can add some weight.
"I daresay I'll be involved with the Cherrypickers for a long time soon."
Despite linking with Harden, Hall is also part of Young's newly-formed committee for 2022.
The move to the Hawks comes after Hall has spent the last two seasons as the Cherrypickers coach.
He took them to top three finishes in the two seasons, after the club finished eighth in 2019 before he returned to the role.
However the Cherrypickers elected to move in a different direction with Nick Cornish to coach the club in 2022.
Hall's desire to continue coaching opened up the new opportunity with Harden.
"At my root I'm still a coach, I want to coach and it is an opportunity," he said.
"They came to me when I was back on the market.
"It's an opportunity and I'm a coach so it is going to scratch an itch for me.
"They are a good little town and they are doing well in that competition so it is something different for me.
"I'll still be involved at Young. There is some stuff I'm putting in place with the junior league with their coaches and still plan on doing that plus now I'll probably roll that out in Harden."
The Hawks finished their COVID interrupted season in fourth place with a record of eight wins and three losses.
The Group Nine annual general meeting will be held in December.
