The Murrumbidgee Local Health District has reported eighteen new cases of COVID-19 detected in the region to 8pm last night.

Nine cases are residents of the Albury LGA, with three linked to previously known cases and six remaining under investigation.
Six of the cases are residents of the Greater Hume LGA. Two are linked to previously known cases and four remain under investigation.
Two cases are residents of the Murray River LGA and are linked to previously known cases, and a further one case is a resident of the Edward River LGA and is also linked to a previously known case.
Fragments of the virus have also been detected in the sewage in Albury and Wagga, the MLHD confirmed.
An MLHD spokesperson said that sewage detections are "linked to known cases in the area as well as patients in care at the Wagga Base Hospital COVID-19 ward."
Today's new cases brings the total number of COVID-19 cases in the MLHD since the current outbreak began to 105.
The 105 cases include 51 in the Albury LGA, 25 in Hilltops, 11 in Edward River, eight in Greater Hume, four in Murray River, two in Wagga, two in Berrigan, one in Griffith and one in Federation.

Two new locations of concern have been identified in the Albury LGA.
If you have visited Dan Murphy's in Albury at 428-432 Dean Street on October 10 between 12:40 and 1pm you are considered a casual contact.
Anyone who visited Brady's Railway Hotel in Albury on October 10 between 4:40pm and 5:10pm is also considered a casual contact.
The local health district is also urging residents in the Albury, Edward River, Greater Hume and Murray River LGAs to limit their movements in and out of their communities at this time, with "widespread COVID-19 testing ... critical".
"Anyone currently experiencing, or who has recently experienced even mild cold-like symptoms is asked to come forward immediately for testing," the MLHD spokesperson said.
"It's important that you isolate after your test until you get a result if you have symptoms.
"Symptoms of COVID-19 include fever, sore throat, cough, headache, runny nose, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle aches or pains, and a change in taste or smell."
