After missing out in a play-off two years ago, the 19-year-old added to the three Club Championships he's won at the Country Club with another dominant display.
Carroll shot a 66 on Saturday but soon found himself have to stave off a challenge from Charles Talbot after coming unstuck on the third.
Carroll went out of bounds with his second shot on the par five before eventually recording a double bogey.
On the other hand Talbot birdied the hole to cut the margin to four shots.
However Carroll didn't let it affect him, instead he turned for home with a six-shot advantage.
He finished seven shots clear of Talbot with Luke Chisholm a further seven back in third.
Carroll was pleased with how he was able to respond to finish with a 71.
"To start the round it was a bit tight as I went out of bounds on the third hole," Carroll said.
"I made a seven while my playing partner Charlie Talbot was two under through three and I was two over.
"He definitely put it to me, which is a credit to him, but luckily I steadied the ship and played pretty solid after that."

Carroll thought focusing on getting back to his game really helped.
"I know my game and I know I can play well around here," he said.
"I'm confident around this course so I went back to what I'm used to doing."
Carroll lost on the third play-off hole last year to miss out on a fourth Club Championships.
However he's unsure if he will be in the field for next month's event.
"I don't know if I'll be playing this year as I've got a couple of other tournaments that might be on the radar," Carroll said.
"Honestly it is just good to have tournaments back as I haven't played tournaments for so long with COVID.
"I won't lie it was a bit nerve-wracking midway through the round just as you haven't had those kind of juices flowing for a while but it was a good feeling and I really enjoyed it.
"It is just good to get a win and get that confidence back after not playing tournaments for a while."
Instead he's looking to keep improving his game as he eyes a move to Sydney.
He was thrilled to be able to get back into competition play after another year interrupted by COVID.
"I'm making the move next year as I graduated from high school last year," he said.
"The plan is to move to Sydney early next year to continue my golf there as I'm also a member at Bonnie Doon Golf Club."
