Emergency services responded following reports a Holden Colorado had left the Olympic Highway, rolled down an embankment before hitting trees, ejecting the occupants.
The incident occurred on a bend north of the Henty township about 2.25am, closing the highway for several hours.
Ambulance and police have both confirmed one man, aged 22, died at the scene.
The second man, aged 31, was treated for serious injuries but later died on the way to Wagga Base Hospital.
A crime scene was established and officers from Riverina Police District forensically examined the crash site.
The circumstances surrounding the crash are currently under investigation, with authorities urging anyone with information or dashcam footage to come forward.
