Turvey Park Fire and Rescue were called to the scene, on Bruce Street, about 6.45pm after several calls were made to emergency services from witnesses nearby.
The property was "well alight" upon arrival, with responders first ensuring the building was unoccupied before making quick work of extinguishing the flames.
IN OTHER NEWS:
No injuries have been reported, with Fire and Rescue departing the scene within an hour of arrival.
NSW Police are investigating the cause of the fire.
