With clear skies and bright sunshine, car owners and fans of all ages gathered to look at the 22 vehicles on display at the Tourist Information Centre car park.
Carlo Madaschi has been a member of the Riverina Mini Car Club for just over one year, having joined shortly after moving to Wagga.
He said the group has been "fantastic" and has a "really good bunch of people" who've welcomed him with open arms.
Despite the pandemic, he has been able to attend a few Mini Car events across the Riverina with the club.
On Saturday Mr Madaschi brought his 1970 Mk2 Cooper S to show off, having owned it for around 14 years.
"People are generally very positive and they enjoy having a look at some of the different [Mini's]," he said.
President of the RMCC, Tim Peachey, said events such as this are special because everyone has a story to tell when it comes to mini's.
"I think the best thing about these kinds of shows, especially with the older generation, is they get to relive some of their childhood when they see the cars," he said.
IN OTHER NEWS:
Every year stories are told about owning the cars in the 60s and 70s, reminiscing about road trips and school drop-off's.
"I think that's one of the best things about our cars is that they have got so much history behind them, and the cheer it puts on people's faces, especially in a year like this when there's so much negativity," Mr Peachey said.
