Fuller took the Swans to second place in her first season as coach, and was duly named coach of the year earlier this week.
She can add the player mantle to her trophy cabinet after polling strongly in the first half of the season to finish on 25 votes, five ahead of Wagga Tigers defender Jess Allen.
Fuller polled votes in ten of her first 11 games to take a big lead, and despite only polling two votes already had an unassailable lead.
Allen polled three votes in each of her last two games to finish three ahead of Turvey Park's new coach Megan Mattingly (17).
Mangoplah-Cookardinia United-Eastlakes youngster Ashley Reynoldson finished fourth on 16 votes, while joint 2019 winner Sarah Hooper (Coolamon) was fifth on 14 alongside Hoppers teammate Lilly Buchanan.
Fuller said earlier this season the swift rise of the Swans was reward for hard work by her young team.
"It's great the league is so strong, and it's good for us to finally get up there after sitting around fifth or sixth the last few years," she said.
"We've got a great bond and we've had that many close games this year. I feel if you have that bond you want to play for each other."
In lower grades Leeton-Whitton pair Kasey Aliendi and Eilish Morden won the A-reserve and B-grade player of the year awards respectively, while the C grade and under-17 gongs were won by Turvey Park pair Joanne Wade and Mischa Garrod.
Griffith also cleaned up in football's lower grades. The Frank Gaynor Medal for reserve grade's best and fairest won by Swan Dean Schmetzer with 32 votes, well ahead of Collingullie-Glenfield Park nearest rival Kallan Sykes (14).
The Lou Brown Medal for under-17 best and fairest was taken out by another Swan in Kyle Bennett (22 votes), pipping Wagga Tiger Judd McLeod (20).
