It is this ambition to go above and beyond at any opportunity that has seen Mrs White come away with her second Excellence in Family Day Care award earlier this month.
For the past nine years Mrs White has been running a family day care out of her Wagga home, looking after up to four local children each day.
She said the job is one which is filled with rewarding moments and on which has helped her build connections for life.
"It's really just great to be able to offer that safehaven and a really home-based experience for the children," Mrs White said.
"I'm always messaging families photos of their kids playing with Play-Doh or just having a good time ... to show that their child is safe and having fun."

Mrs White runs the service from her custom-built house in Lloyd, which includes a big playroom for the children, multiple safety features and an open backyard for outside playing.
Mrs White previously won the award in 2019 but wasn't expecting to win it again at all.
"I was honestly a bit taken aback and humbled that I won it again," she said.
"It means my families have taken the time out to nominate me and that the Family Day Care Australia board saw what I did and thought I deserved it which is really nice."
This year there were 24 winners in NSW and ACT who secured a regional award.
All winners will now go in the running to be named as the ACT/NSW National Educator Finalist.
