The Goannas and Coolamon will field teams for the first time in 2022, expanding the league to ten teams.
Fielding a women's team is one of the compulsory criteria when a new tiered competition structure replaces the Farrer and Riverina Leagues as planed in 2023.
MCUE's team will be coached by club hall of famer Col Roberson, with current first grader Max Hanrahan his assitant, while Coolamon have put out feelers to find their coach.
"We were always keen to get into it," Goannas president Jesse Cunningham said.
"Last year probably wasn't the best timing for us, we had a focus on getting a team together for next year's season.
"Moving forward, with it being in the criteria for the competition structure, we thought we'd have a 12 month period where we'll have a test run."

Like most existing teams, Cunningham expects the club's netballers to field the core of the side.
"We sent a message out to the netballers firstly to gauge interest, and they were pretty keen. We had enough to get a team together within a couple of days," he said.
"The competition will get stronger as it goes along. I knew our girls were pretty keen to play and iwith our age demographic of the netballers, there's a lot of 16 to 22 year olds in our ranks.
"I'm sure going forward when teams have to have sides in there, they're going to have to find the players. I can't speak for other clubs but ours will be right for future years.
"It will definitely generate some interest around the club during the pre season."
The league is held over a period of about two months just before the men's competitions and netball begins.
