Selling 54 homes with a total value of more than $16 million in that period was enough to sneak Mrs Zollinger into 10th place and in the top one percent in the nation.
"I could've never dreamed of ranking so well amongst some of our best performing offices, especially when we look at some of our metropolitan offices," she said.
"I'm grateful for the support I've had from everyone and I couldn't have done it without every client who trusted me with their property.

"I think the property boom in the last six months of the financial year from the January to June period played a part.
"When you're working in a service based industry I think it's important to focus on delivering high standards and I pride myself in that.
"Every sale is a celebration, so it's important to make people feel special.

Referrals have played a key role in Mrs Zollinger's success with more than 90 percent of new business stemming from satisfied customers.
"Everything I've been doing has just been building momentum, creating better relationships with clients, more brand awareness as well maybe," Mrs Zollinger said.
"I try to do the core things right and hope to continue doing that."
This week, Mrs Zollinger will celebrate two years as a partner in Tompson Street.
She said there's never been a better time to buy a home.
"With the interest rate being so low, I think it's given investors and owner occupiers more confidence to buy," Mrs Zollinger said.
"People are aware the interest rates are not going up anytime soon.
"Their money isn't doing much sitting in the bank."
Mrs Zollinger's most expensive sale in the past financial year was a property on 100 acres at Maxwell, along Holbrook Road, which sold for $755,000.
