However they are the only one of the three racing codes which will welcome patrons on course this week.
Wagga Harness Racing will continue to race behind closed doors on Friday, while the Murrumbidgee Turf Club (MTC) will do the same thing on Saturday.
The public will be allowed back under the greyhound club's COVID safety plan.
Everyone on track will need to be temperature tested upon arrival and wear a mask at all times.
Wagga racing manager John Patton revealed the club has made more changes since the last meeting open to the public to accommodate changes to restrictions.
"We're doing everything we have to do and it will be good to see the public back to the track," Patton said.
"It's good to have things semi-normal again.
"While we are happy we are very mindful of the COVID restrictions.
"We're still temperature testing at the gate and if people don't follow the COVID regulations they won't be allowed in."

The club has altered its seating arrangements to ensure they comply while everyone on course must be seated to eat or drink.
The NSW government has allowed for up to 5000 people to attend major recreation outdoor facilities, which includes racetracks.
However both Racing NSW and Harness Racing NSW are yet to approve the return of spectators.
New Wagga chief executive Greg Gangle is waiting on the all clear despite lockdown ending on Saturday.
"Even given the fact restrictions have lifted in the Riverina we've received notification from Harness Racing NSW their protocols are still in place and therefore we are not permitted to have crowds at this time," Gangle said.
Gangle does not believe having participants come from areas that remain in lockdown, such as Goulburn, is a factor in the decision.
"They're trying to minimise as much exposure as possible while still keeping racing going," he said.
The MTC are hopeful crowds will be allowed to attend the picnics meeting on October 2.
