To quote: "However, speeding motorists will not see a break going forward as mobile speed cameras will be deployed for more hours and in more locations to make up for the shortfall."

Shortfall? Isn't this a virtual admission by the authorities that the deployment of mobile cameras is, in fact, a revenue raising exercise?

To say that they need to recoup revenue that they couldn't make while the speed cameras were not in operation means that Treasury is missing the dollars and someone better do something about it.

Why does the state government continue to mercilessly gouge and chisel money from the general public?

We are under enough pressure from the current pandemic which is resulting in job losses, rental hardship, severe anxiety and other mental issues.

Also, why are the cameras positioned in streets that have never recorded a fatality, let alone a serious accident?

Recent letters regarding climate change have relied on reports from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) to support their alarmist comments.

The first IPCC report in 2014 was not based on any empirical evidence, instead it was based on computer modelling.

The latest IPCC report 2021 is also based on computer modelling was almost identical to the 2014 report and was also not based on any empirical evidence.

Anyone using a computer for business modelling knows that the results simply reflect the information you imputed.

The empirical evidence tells us that sea levels are not rising, the ice caps at the north and south pole are not melting and there has been no significant global warming.

Australia maintains two ocean measuring stations, one in Sydney Harbour and one of Perth, so we are monitoring the two largest bodies of water in the world, the Pacific Ocean and the Indian Ocean.

We are in fact at the warming end of the next ice age when the ice caps will begin to climb back up towards the equator.

The major effects of the ice age are still 15,000 years away.

So please stop scaring the children with unsubstantiated global warming theory.

The 2016 Census reported that 80.8 per cent of Wagga's residents are Christian; the region with the highest proportion of Christians in Australia.

Combine this with the motto 'Forward In Faith' which appears below Wagga's coat of arms and the controversy surrounding the funding of Wagga's Clay Target Association convention centre and it could be said that Wagga is Australia's Bible belt and holster.
