Eurongilly resident Hannah Alexander said it was extremely disappointing to have to cancel the big day again due to the restrictions, but thought perhaps the blooms could brighten another person's day.
So, after chatting with her florist, Sophie Kurylowicz from Little Triffids Flowers, Ms Alexander decided to have them donated to three nursing homes late last week.
"If you can brighten someone else's day, why not do it," Ms Alexander said.
"We are not sure when we will have the wedding now as it is hard to work around a farming calendar."
Mrs Kurylowicz said they made up three large bunches with the flowers and picked three nursing homes to deliver them.
IN OTHER NEWS:
"I think everyone was really touched by the gesture," she said.
"I think it's a tough time for everyone at the moment, so it's heartening to see how many people are sending flowers with the message 'thinking of you' or 'you got this'.
"It's really heartwarming."
Mrs Kurylowicz said it had been a tough time for wedding vendors and couples alike as they deal with the uncertainty of planning during a pandemic.
But, she said, Wagga residents have been incredibly supportive of local businesses.
"We are meant to be in full swing for the spring season," Mrs Kurylowicz said.
"So from a business perspective, we are grateful to have this support when we have lost all the wedding work."
