NSW Health has revealed that the third test of the Temora sewage plant has returned a negative result for COVID-19 fragments.
Temora's treatment works have been tested twice weekly fragments of the virus were found in sewage surveillance.
Mayor Rick Firman said it was a relief to hear the news.
"We have been advised that testing will continue on a weekly basis from here on in," he said.
