Aaron John Little, 36, had been charged with robbery while carrying a weapon but legal parties indicated last Wednesday there was an offer on the table.
Then on Wednesday this week, Little was represented at Wagga Local Court by a solicitor who informed the magistrate a fresh charge had been laid by prosecutors.

In light of this, they entered a plea of guilty to a charge of receiving stolen property worth more than $5000.
A representative for the Director of Public Prosecutions confirmed that due to the plea on the new offence, they would be withdrawing the original offence of robbery armed with offensive weapon.
The matter will return to Wagga Local Court next week, when Little will be sentenced.
