Opening today, the larger office is part of BEC's expansion to a broader "one-stop-shop" of business advice and service under the name Riverina Murray Business (RMB).
RMB Regional Manager David Yeates said the business was "changing with the times".
Mr Yeates said RMB was well known for offering business advice and said the move to Trail Street was an exciting opportunity.
"We're looking at creating a business and arts hub there," he said.
"We're growing our business and setting up a digital presence, setting up websites for businesses at a low cost.
"We'll have a manufacturing accelerator for small to medium businesses to scale up to the next level and let them know how they can improve.
"We're looking at expanding with extra training and event rooms."
Mr Yeates said RMB had big plans to transform the building's loading dock area.
"In looks, the loading dock will be a bit more arty, we're going to get a graffiti artist in," he said
"We converted the reception area at the front into a training room and the loading dock will be an event training area which will be a bit quirky.
"We're quite excited for the future."
Mr Yeates said many of RMB's tenants had made the move with them and that RMB offered easy and cost-effective access to a full suite of skilled professionals to provide expertise on everything from business planning and marketing to accounting, human resources and legal. .
"If businesses subscribe with us we can offer low cost access to local lawyers, accountants which many business owners tend to avoid because of the high costs," he said.
The Daily Advertiser had occupied the Trail Street building from 1910 until 2017.
